Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Supervisor based in Bengaluru South. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing nursing teams, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with medical protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring patient care plans, supervising nursing practices, coordinating with medical staff, and providing guidance on critical care practices. The position also involves fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing Management and experience in supervising nursing teams
• Strong knowledge of Medicine and expertise in Patient Care
• Experience in Critical Care Medicine and hands-on nursing skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relevant nursing certification or degree, such as B.Sc. or GNM
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting is advantageous
