Nursing Supervisor

• Supervising nursing to ensure smooth functioning of the nursing department and stepping in to provide nursing care and training where required .
• Monitoring and ensuring optimal health outcome, particularly in critical areas such as the ICU, IPD, NICU, Post - Operation, Pre - Operation care.
• Managing and enhancing patient satisfaction and comfort during their stay at our hospital.
• Collaborating with hospital management to maintain world - class standards in nursing care and operation excellence.
• Supervising the record keeping of nursing for all patients. This includes electronic medical records, billing, charge sheets, and supplies.
• Creating duty rosters and coordinating adequate staffing at all times and stepping in when required.
• Keeping management updated on staff requirements and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Kannada (Preferred)
• Hindi (Preferred)
