Nursing Supervisor/ Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, hospitals, clinics and partner organizations.
• Supervise and coordinate daily Nursing operations.
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters end month.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and documentation.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and service updates.

Requirements:

• Nursing background (QCHP license preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Arabic language mandatory, with good English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and professional email correspondence.
• Compassionate, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.
• Preference given to candidates from arab countries.
