Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor to provide strategic leadership and operational support to our nursing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the Nurse Lead, ensuring all clinical practices align with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to promote excellence in patient care and staff collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Nurse Lead, ensuring adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Manage staffing needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless clinical operations.
• Oversee and evaluate patient care delivery to ensure high standards of practice and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Facilitate clear, effective communication within the medical team and mediate staff-related issues or conflicts.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, address concerns, and implement improvements to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Assist in the procurement, organization, and maintenance of medical supplies and clinical equipment used in training and care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of nursing services and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records in compliance with clinical and legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: RN / Post-RN (Registered Nurse or equivalent)
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant clinical and supervisory experience
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
