Job Description:

We are looking for a Nursing Tutor with strong academic credentials and a passion for teaching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, and assisting in curriculum development in accordance with INC norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.
• Supervise clinical teaching and demonstrations in hospitals and labs.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and clinical assessments.
• Mentor students and guide them in academic and professional development.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training programs.
• Assist in research and publication activities.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing (from a recognized university/institution).
• Specialization in [Insert Specialization, e.g., Medical-Surgical Nursing, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Community Health, etc.].
• Must be registered with the State Nursing Council.
• Teaching experience preferred, but fresh postgraduates may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,073.72 - ₹30,000.00 per month
