We are seeking an Experienced Nursing Tutor with expertise in Medical Coding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing along with practical experience or training in medical coding. You will be responsible for mentoring, guiding, and training students/trainees to ensure they gain a deep understanding of coding standards and medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training on medical coding concepts, guidelines, and processes.
• Train and mentor students with nursing/paramedical backgrounds for coding roles.
• Develop training modules, assessments, and learning material.
• Provide practical case-based learning using real-time scenarios.
• Ensure trainees achieve required accuracy and productivity standards.
• Stay updated with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines and industry updates.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and continuous evaluations.
• Collaborate with management to improve training quality and curriculum design.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience in nursing or medical coding.
• Certification in CPC, COC, or CCS (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and coding standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor students effectively.

• Location: Chandigarh IT Park
• Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office)
• Shift: Day Shift
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays working)
