Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nutrition Intern to join our Nutrition Department. This role provides hands-on exposure to client consultations, meal planning, and nutrition education in a professional fitness environment. The internship is ideal for individuals passionate about nutrition, fitness, and helping people improve their health through evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior nutritionists in creating customized meal and diet plans for clients.

Conduct basic nutritional assessments and maintain client records.

Support members with dietary guidance and progress tracking.

Participate in nutrition awareness sessions, workshops, and fitness events.

Help create educational and promotional content for nutrition-related initiatives.

Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.

Strong understanding of basic nutrition principles.

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Passion for fitness, wellness, and continuous learning.

Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude.
