Nutritionist

Urgently Looking for Nutritionist for our Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nutritional Assessment: Evaluating patients' nutritional status, medical history, and dietary habits to identify specific needs and potential problems.
• Meal Planning: Developing individualized meal plans that address patients' dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, and preferences.
• Patient Education: Providing guidance to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and the importance of nutrition for recovery and disease management.
• Collaboration: Working closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Monitoring and Adjustments: Tracking patient progress, monitoring the effectiveness of meal plans, and making necessary adjustments based on individual needs and responses.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-5 Years of experience as Nutritionist.
