General Overview

The Nutritionist & Meal Plan Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting customer health goals

through personalized nutrition guidance while ensuring the smooth coordination of daily meal plan

operations. This role requires strong nutritional knowledge, operational efficiency, customer service

skills, and collaboration with various departments including the kitchen, marketing, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Nutrition & Client Consultation

  • Provide personalized diet advice and nutritional guidance based on client needs (e.g., gluten-

free, high-protein, low-calorie).

  • Develop and customize meal plan menus aligned with client goals and company standards.
  • Review and assess client diet information, and work closely with chefs and line managers to

implement.

  • Monitor and evaluate food service operations to ensure nutritional quality and compliance.
  • Educate staff and clients on healthy eating habits, veganism, calorie counting, and

ingredients.

  • Address and resolve client concerns or complaints related to nutrition and food service.
  • Conduct online/phone consultations and follow up on new and existing client queries.

Meal Plan Coordination & Operations

  • Oversee daily order placements and ensure production aligns with client customizations.
  • Coordinate with the production team and delivery drivers for accurate and timely execution.
  • Assign delivery routes and manage scheduling based on driver availability and client

preferences.

  • Process new orders from outlets, website, and WhatsApp, and generate payment links as

needed.

  • Reconcile transactions and bottle returns; verify cash deposits and POS settlements.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales, operations, and customer

feedback.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Conduct bi-weekly visits to the Central Kitchen (CK) to assist with packaging and quality

control.

  • Ensure meals meet health and safety standards and Qatar Municipality food handler

regulations.

  • Inspect food storage/preparation areas and ensure hygiene and sanitation compliance.
  • Ensure the workplace meets HSE standards and report on compliance.

Training & Development

  • Organize orientation sessions for new staff.
  • Conduct internal training on nutritional standards, food safety, and healthy living principles.
  • Develop educational content (e.g., trivia, articles, videos) to share nutrition knowledge.

Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Support marketing campaigns with nutrition-related content and consultations.
  • Assist in influencer coordination and provide feedback on campaign performance.
  • Manage WhatsApp and call inquiries for order processing, follow-ups, and customer

concerns.

  • Encourage sign-ups for meal plans during consultations and upsell related products.
  • Actively gather customer feedback and testimonials to support marketing efforts.

Administrative & General

  • Maintain proper communication with operations and clients in alignment with company

guidelines.

  • Submit weekly progress and operational reports.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager in line with company policies

and Qatar laws.
