About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Physical Therapist for a 12-week contract in Boulder City, NV. This role supports multiple care settings, including outpatient, inpatient, long-term care, home health, and medical/surgical/telemetry patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapy services across outpatient, inpatient, long-term care, and home health settings
• Support mobility, strength, balance, functional recovery, and independence
• Treat patients in medical/surgical and telemetry care areas as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans appropriately
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Active Nevada Physical Therapist license required
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required
• Substantial outpatient setting experience required
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Experience with inpatient, long-term care, home health, or Med/Surg/Telemetry patients preferred
• Ability to work day shifts
