Job Title: Customer Support Executive – NVOCC & Freight Forwarding

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage and support the logistics and documentation needs of our clients in the NVOCC and Freight Forwarding domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day communication, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
  • Provide information about shipping schedules, container availability, freight rates, and documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.

2. Booking & Documentation

  • Coordinate and process bookings for imports and exports with shipping lines and agents.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, Invoice, Packing List).
  • Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations and customer requirements.

3. Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations, documentation, and sales teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  • Follow up with shipping lines, transporters, and port/customs authorities as needed.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.

4. Data Entry & System Updates

  • Maintain updated records in the internal logistics systems (ERP/TMS/CRM).
  • Generate reports related to shipments, delays, or customer feedback as required.

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services (e.g., warehousing, customs clearance).

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding customer service (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and customer service orientation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
