NVOCC Sales

  • Develop new business opportunities for NVOCC and shipping services
  • Promote FCL, LCL, cross trade, freight forwarding, and logistics solutions
  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, and cold calling
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare freight quotations and negotiate rates with customers
  • Follow up on inquiries, bookings, and shipment status
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Maintain updated customer database and sales reports in CRM/system
  • Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events
  • Generate import/export leads and increase shipment volume
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
  • Ensure proper follow-up on payments and outstanding invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in NVOCC / Freight Forwarding / Shipping sales
  • Strong knowledge of ocean freight, container logistics, trade lanes, and Incoterms
  • Existing customer base in UAE market preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Nvocc Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
