Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong partnerships with NYC schools and universities to advance collaborative programs and initiatives. Plan, organize, and execute outreach events such as career fairs, info sessions, and workshops tailored for students and academic staff. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Lever, and UltiPro to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to promote internship opportunities, talent programs, and organizational values. Engage in talent acquisition activities including interviewing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating campus recruitment efforts. Leverage social media management skills to increase visibility of programs and events across digital platforms. Collaborate with HR teams on employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and talent management strategies. Research educational trends and workforce needs within the NYC area to inform strategic outreach efforts. Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Negotiate partnership agreements with educational institutions to align mutual goals effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or campus recruitment with familiarity using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Lever, or UltiPro. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Excellent communication skills for effective interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building. Experience in event planning and executing outreach activities tailored for students or academic audiences. Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques along with familiarity working within social media management tools. Ability to research community needs and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies. Prior experience working with students or in human resources functions such as employee orientation or talent development is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
