The Remote Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet hiring needs while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job boards and databases
• Conduct initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage applicant tracking systems
• Maintain candidate pipelines
• Ensure positive candidate experience

Qualifications:

• Recruitment or HR experience preferred
