O-Level Teacher

As-Suffa School of Excellence is seeking a dedicated and proficient O-Level Teacher to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong subject expertise and the ability to deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with Cambridge O Level standards. The role requires effective classroom management, fostering a disciplined and supportive learning environment, along with strong communication skills to maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. The candidate should be capable of planning and delivering lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, assessing student progress, and preparing students systematically for examinations. A professional approach, including punctuality, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement, is essential. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and curriculum development practices will be considered an advantage, along with active contribution to the school community and its educational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Cambridge O Level standards that engage and challenge students.
• Manage classroom activities effectively to maintain a disciplined, supportive, and productive learning environment.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through formal and informal methods to identify individual learning needs and progress.
• Prepare students thoroughly for examinations using structured and result-oriented teaching strategies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to foster open communication and collaborative support.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems and other educational technologies to enhance teaching and student engagement.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to address different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
• Monitor and document student behavior, administering behavior management strategies to foster respect and cooperation.
• Participate in curriculum development initiatives to ensure the content remains relevant, comprehensive, and effective.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a committed approach to uphold the standards and values of As-Suffa School.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area from a recognized institution.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach effectively in line with Cambridge O Level standards.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons.
• Effective classroom management skills to maintain a disciplined and supportive learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Competence in assessing student performance and preparing students for examinations.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Professional attitude with punctuality, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to contribute positively to the academic environment of As Suffa School.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
