ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
As a Licensed Journeyman Plumber at SageWater, you will be the face of our high-rise condo repiping projects. Your primary focus is delivering high-quality, code-compliant plumbing work while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence on every job site. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term career growth—ideal for a licensed plumbing professional committed to excellence.

The Licensed Journeyman Plumber position requires the demonstrated ability to work safely, lead or support plumbing crews, mentor less experienced team members, and maintain a clean and organized job site. This is a full-time, hourly position based on Oahu, reporting to the Project Manager, and working closely with the onsite team.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install and replace piping systems to UPC code standards
• Lead or support plumbing crews, depending on experience
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly with project managers, crew leads, and residents
• Follow company quality standards and safety protocols

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Plumbing License in the state of Hawaii
• Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs.
• Own basic hand tools
• Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Have reliable transportation to job site daily
• Must already reside in the state of Hawaii

Salary Range: $42 - $50 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
