Observer - Remote Investigation and Litigation Center

  • Monitoring and supervising the operational processes of the remote investigation and litigation center, and taking the necessary measures to correct any schedule overlaps to ensure the quality and smooth flow of work.
  • Ensure that the system is running and connected to all relevant parties.
  • Checking the appointments scheduled for the same day and ensuring the actual availability of the announced individuals before the start of the investigation or trial session.
  • Monitoring the operational processes of the remote investigation and litigation center, ensuring there is no interruption in communication, and taking the necessary measures to correct any malfunction or overlap between appointments to ensure the quality and smooth flow of work.
  • Coordinating with all relevant parties at police stations, the residency department, detention centers, or courts to ensure the parties are physically present before the start of remote investigation and litigation sessions.
  • Coordinating with the appointed lawyers to attend the sessions related to them by sending the link to them before the start of the remote investigation or trial session.
  • Coordinating with witnesses, court clerks, or experts to attend remote investigation or trial sessions according to their scheduled times and ensuring their presence in the system before the start of the remote investigation or trial session.
  • Organizing the schedules of unscheduled remote investigation sessions or trial sessions listed in a one-day case by coordinating with the relevant authorities to present the detainees at the specified time.
  • Coordinating with regular or smart police stations regarding the attendance of bailed defendants or witnesses located in areas far from the Public Prosecution building, to the nearest center to conduct remote investigations or trials.
  • Receiving reports of technical malfunctions, referring them to the maintenance team, and notifying the Remote Control Center Manager to follow up on their resolution.
  • Preparing daily reports on the performance level of the Remote Control Center and submitting them to the direct supervisor.
  • Report any security breaches or suspicious incidents by sending an email directly to the Security Incident Response Team to take the necessary actions and notify the Director of the Remote Investigation and Litigation Center.

  • UAE Male National - Completed National Service
