Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced OHC Doctor to provide medical care, manage on-site clinic operations, and support employee health and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in Occupational Health and experience handling OPD services at corporate or industrial sites.

Qualifications

• MBBS (minimum requirement)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing OPD at OHC or industrial clinics
• Valid medical registration/license

Language Proficiency

• Mandatory: English and Hindi
• Preferred: Knowledge of local/regional languages

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to employees at the on-site OHC.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations ensuring smooth functioning and efficient patient flow.
• Supervise the OHC facility and ensure compliance with:
• National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines
• Factories Act standards
• Occupational Health best practices
• Participate in vaccination drives, periodic health check-up campaigns, and corporate health initiatives.
• Maintain patient records and documentation through EMR systems.
• Stay updated with current medical guidelines and occupational health standards.
