Job Overview

Leaders Training Centre is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Instructor to deliver professional Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality training delivery in line with local and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HSE training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations
• Develop, review, and update HSE training materials in line with current regulations
• Assess learners’ understanding and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure training delivery complies with industry best practices and legal requirements
• Stay up to date with changes in HSE legislation and standards
• Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and documentation

Requirements

• Qualifications: NEBOSH IGC (mandatory); NEBOSH Level 6 preferred. OSHA / IOSH certifications are an advantage
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE training or a related field
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Location: Candidate must be currently based in Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
