We are looking for an "Occupational Health & Safety Specialist" to work with us in our HS&E Department in our Kastamonu facilities.

Qualifications:

• Occupational Safety Certificate , relevant BcS degree on wood industry or chemicals production is preferred.
• Fire Protection and Prevention knowledge is a plus. (CFPS)
• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE department, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Valid driver's license,
• Flexibility to work varying hours and field areas as required.

Job Description:

• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OHS regulations,
• Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures,
• Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions,
• Providing safety training to employees,
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records for all safety systems including fire suppression.
• Collaborating with management and employees to create a safe work environment.
