We are expanding our Home Rehabilitation Services and are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about improving patients’ independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Role Overview

As an Occupational Therapist at Home, you will work directly with patients in their residences, helping them regain or improve daily living and functional skills after illness, injury, surgery, or due to developmental or neurological conditions.

You will be a key part of a multidisciplinary home care team and will have autonomy, respect, and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments at patients’ homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving:
• Daily living activities (ADLs)
• Motor skills, coordination, and balance
• Cognitive and sensory functions
• Provide post-stroke, neurological, orthopedic, pediatric, and geriatric OT care
• Educate patients and families on:
• Home modifications
• Adaptive equipment
• Safety and fall prevention
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and case managers
• Follow DHA guidelines and company clinical protocols

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (home care experience preferred)
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage home visit schedules
• Compassionate, ethical, and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage
