The University of Michigan seeks a proactive and detail-oriented OCIP & Builder's Risk Claims Liaison to serve as the primary intermediary in managing construction-related insurance claims for major university projects. Reporting to the OCIP & MBR Insurance Program Manager, this role collaborates with project teams, contractors, insurance carrier, and broker to ensure seamless claims processing and compliance with all insurance requirements. The Claims Liaison plays a critical role in risk mitigation, coverage analysis, and continuous improvement in the university's insurance program.
