We are looking for an OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support enterprise-wide initiatives across IT, Finance, Marketing, and HR.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess organizational readiness and identify change impacts.
  • Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs to drive adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and address resistance.
  • Monitor and measure change effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and change agents throughout the transformation process.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in cross-functional environments.
  • Proven success supporting change initiatives in IT, Finance, Marketing, and HR domains.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with change management tools and methodologies.
