Position - OD & Special Initiatives Specialist

Location - Dubai

Role Summary

The OD & Special Initiatives Specialist will support organizational effectiveness by driving organization development (OD) initiatives, managing cross-functional HR projects, and handling core HR generalist responsibilities. The role focuses on improving people processes, culture, engagement, and operational efficiency while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Organization Development (OD)

  • Support and implement OD initiatives such as organizational design, role clarity, competency frameworks, and workforce planning
  • Assist in change management initiatives and culture-building programs
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and support action planning
  • Support leadership development and capability-building programs
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvement actions
  • Lead or support strategic HR projects and special initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
  • Support process improvement, automation, and policy enhancement initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for management reviews

HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
  • Assist in performance management processes and goal-setting cycles
  • Support HR policies, compliance, and documentation
  • Act as an HR point of contact for employee queries and issue resolution
  • Coordinate learning & development programs and training logistics

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • MBA / Master’s in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Generalist and/or OD roles

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working on OD, change management, or transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to HR analytics, engagement surveys, and process improvement
  • Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
