About the Role

One of our valued clients is looking for this post. They are the official Odoo Partner in Saudi Arabia, building a high-quality Odoo Enterprise practice focused on delivering Odoo as a Managed Service to clients across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced Odoo Practice Lead to own and grow our Odoo practice end-to-end.

This is a strategic leadership role, combining business, technical governance, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall success, profitability, and growth of the Odoo practice

Act as the primary point of contact with Odoo (partner management & escalation)

- Define and enforce Odoo solution architecture and customization standards

- Oversee ERP implementations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

- Approve project scope, commercials, and change requests

- Support presales activities (solutioning, high-level demos, estimations)

- Mentor consultants and ensure continuous skill development

- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account growth

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in ERP or enterprise systems

- Proven experience leading ERP implementations (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)

- Strong understanding of business processes: Finance, Sales, Inventory, Operations

- Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia

- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL) is highly preferred

- Odoo certification is a strong advantage (or willingness to obtain)

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Ability to balance standardization vs customization

- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a strong plus)

- Commercial awareness and profitability mindset

- Client-facing confidence at executive level
