Job Title: Odoo Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, social media, and industry events
- Understand client business processes and propose suitable Odoo solutions
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to design tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate pricing and terms
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on ERP trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ERP, SaaS, or software solution sales (Odoo experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of business workflows (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose technical solutions
- Strong lead generation and closing skills
- CRM usage experience and pipeline management
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling Odoo or similar ERP solutions
- Background in business, IT, or marketing
- Experience with B2B sales and corporate clients
- Existing network in relevant industries
