Odoo Business Development Executive

Job Title: Odoo Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, social media, and industry events
  • Understand client business processes and propose suitable Odoo solutions
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals
  • Coordinate with technical and functional teams to design tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate pricing and terms
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on ERP trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ERP, SaaS, or software solution sales (Odoo experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of business workflows (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose technical solutions
  • Strong lead generation and closing skills
  • CRM usage experience and pipeline management
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Odoo or similar ERP solutions
  • Background in business, IT, or marketing
  • Experience with B2B sales and corporate clients
  • Existing network in relevant industries
