Job Overview:
CrecenTech Systems Private Limited is looking for a driven and results-oriented Odoo Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in selling Odoo ERP services and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, understanding business requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and closing Odoo-related deals while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for Odoo ERP services (Community & Enterprise).
- Actively hunt prospects through online platforms, referrals, cold outreach, and inbound leads.
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and Odoo requirements.
- Coordinate with Odoo Functional Consultants and Technical Teams to prepare proposals, demos, and solution documents.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close Odoo implementation, customization, support, and migration deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM updates, and reporting.
- Stay updated on Odoo modules, versions, and market trends.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically selling Odoo ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Project, Manufacturing, etc.
- Experience working with ERP / CRM / Software Development services.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to translate client business needs into Odoo-based solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.
- Prior experience in software houses or ERP consulting firms.
- Familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) for Odoo-related projects.
- Understanding of proposal writing and solution documentation.
