Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Developer at our Lahore office. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Payroll, HR, etc.).
• Customizing and extending Odoo apps to meet client-specific business requirements.
• Developing and integrating Odoo back-end logic with front-end components.
• Optimizing performance, scalability, and security within Odoo.
• Creating and maintaining API integrations with third-party applications.
• Supporting implementation projects, debugging, and providing technical support post-deployment.

Lahore, Pakistan

Work Arrangement

• This is a strictly on-premises role.
• Remote work is not available.

Working Hours

• Flexible reporting hours within 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Must complete 8 hours daily on-site.

Salary

• Competitive market-based package: PKR 120,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience and expertise).

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Computer Science principles.
• Hands-on experience in Odoo development (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Python (core language for Odoo).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb templating.
• Experience with Odoo ORM, Workflows, Reports, and Access Rights.
• Good problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
• Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in Odoo upgrades, migrations, and module customization is a plus.
• Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu environments and Git version control is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
