CabCall Experts is a global outsourcing and customer service provider, headquartered in Islamabad. We deliver call center, digital, and back-office solutions to international clients. We’re now expanding our technology team and seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to help us build and manage ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise).
• Integrate Odoo with third-party apps and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ERP workflows.
• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide technical support and documentation for end-users.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven Odoo development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and API integrations.
• Understanding of ERP processes: Sales, HR, CRM, Inventory, Accounting.
• Experience with Git and Linux.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Docker / cloud deployment.
• Odoo functional consulting experience.
• Experience in outsourcing/BPO ERP setups.
