Odoo Developer

Requirements:

● Analyze client business needs and provide customized Odoo solutions that meet those

requirements.

● Architect and design Odoo modules and features based on client specifications.

● Oversee the full development lifecycle, including development, testing and deployment

of Odoo applications.

● Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices and performance optimization of Odoo

applications.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo modules and custom

features.

● Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs or connectors.

● Collaborate closely with functional consultants, QA teams, and business stakeholders to

ensure successful project outcomes.

● Provide ongoing technical guidance and support for current and future Odoo projects.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features, frameworks and industry best practices to

improve solutions.

Skills Required:

● 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (Python, JavaScript, XML,

PostgreSQL).

● Deep understanding of Odoo architecture, modules and framework.

● Proven experience in leading and managing Odoo development teams.

● Expertise in customizing and extending Odoo ERP modules.

● Experience with integrating Odoo with external systems using APIs.

● Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional

collaboration.

● Experience working in an agile environment, using tools such as GitLab or JIRA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
