Odoo Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to enhance our ERP capabilities, streamline operational workflows, and support our ambitious digital transformation projects. You will be integral in customizing, maintaining, and upgrading our Odoo systems to support continued business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and integrations to meet evolving business requirements.

• Analyze business processes and requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

• Optimize database performance, implement efficient data management practices, and ensure system integrity.

• Integrate Odoo with external systems and APIs, including, databases, AI-driven chatbots e-commerce solutions and third party applications.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from operations, sales, and customer service to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.

• Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and technical support for issues in the production environment.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, version control, and documentation.

• Participate in migration projects, particularly transitions from older versions of Odoo to newer enterprise editions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Odoo development, customization, and integration.

• Proficiency with Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and web technologies.

• Solid understanding of ERP processes, inventory management, accounting ,sale , purchases and e-commerce integration.

• Experience with AI-driven tools and chatbot integrations preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
