Odoo Developer

One of our client is looking for a talented Odoo Developer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, customizing, and integrating Odoo (v15–v19) while ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with international standards such as ZATCA, VAT, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001.

This is a technical, problem-solving role that requires clean coding, system optimization, and collaboration with ERP functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (v15–v19) using Python, Odoo ORM, XML, and JavaScript.
• Build secure integrations and RESTful APIs with third-party systems (CRM, HR, Accounting, Payment Gateways).
• Configure workflows, roles, and modules; manage testing, debugging, and deployments via Git/Odoo.sh.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support, bug fixes, and version upgrades.
• Optimize performance and suggest enhancements for scalability and stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven Odoo development experience (preferably v15–v19).
• Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo ORM.
• Experience with QWeb, Git, Odoo.sh, and third-party API integrations.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available for an on-site morning shift in Lahore.
