Odoo Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills in customizing and enhancing Odoo ERP solutions to meet unique business needs. You will be responsible for coding, testing, debugging, and deploying Odoo modules, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications to meet business requirements.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using Python, XML, and JavaScript as needed for Odoo customization.
• Analyze client and internal requirements to propose effective technical solutions within Odoo.
• Collaborate with implementation and business teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Create and modify Odoo views, reports, and workflows to meet operational needs and optimize the user experience.
• Develop custom Odoo modules and integrations with third-party applications as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing of modules, identify bugs, and ensure the stability of deployed solutions.
• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the system based on user feedback.
• Maintain technical documentation for Odoo customizations and configurations to ensure consistent knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Odoo development and customization, with a proven track record of delivering robust solutions.
• Expertise in Python, XML, and JavaScript, specifically for developing Odoo applications.
• Strong understanding of Odoo frameworks, workflows, and backend functionalities.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customizing Odoo user interfaces.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
