Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules to support business operations. You will work closely with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (both backend and frontend)
• Design and implement new features based on business requirements
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Odoo applications
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and manage data migration
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Maintain documentation for development processes and solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Odoo development
• Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Odoo API integration
• Understanding of Odoo architecture and workflows
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple Odoo versions (e.g., Odoo 14, 15, 16, 17)
• Knowledge of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR)
• Experience in deployment and server management (Linux environment)
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems
