Odoo Developer

Job Purpose:

Responsible for end-to-end technical ownership of the Odoo ERP platform, including design, development, customization, integration, deployment, and support, while managing the underlying infrastructure such as Ubuntu servers, PostgreSQL, and Nginx.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules, workflows, and reports

• Manage Odoo architecture, configurations, and environments (Dev/UAT/Prod)

• Lead integrations between Odoo and external systems using APIs/middleware

• Handle infrastructure components including Ubuntu/Linux, PostgreSQL, and Nginx

• Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and high availability

• Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, and release management

• Manage database performance, backups, and disaster recovery readiness

• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers

Skills Required:

•Strong hands-on experience with Odoo development

• Expertise in Python and backend development

• Experience with PostgreSQL for database management and performance tuning

• Exposure to Odoo module customization, integrations, and enhancements
