The Odoo Developer & Implementation role is responsible for end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation within the company, including system configuration, module customization, deployment, integrations, user training, and post–go-live support.
The role will focus on building, implementing, and optimizing internal business processes across all Odoo modules and supporting the development and integration of the company website with Odoo where required.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Python for Odoo backend development
  • Good understanding of XML for views, reports, and module structure
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript for frontend and web-related customizations
  • Hands-on experience or good understanding of Odoo.sh (deployment, staging, production, version control)
  • Familiarity with Odoo module architecture and development best practices

Added Advantage:

  • Odoo Certification
  • SQL basics
  • Experience with ERP/CRM integrations and custom modules
  • Experience with:
  • POS
  • Multi-company setup
  • Workflow automation
  • Prior experience in ERP implementation roles is a plus

Salary & Benefits
