Odoo Developer (Remote)

Job Title: Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by understanding requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and developing custom features. This role demands expertise in both functional consulting and technical development.

Key Responsibilities- Analyze business processes and map them to Odoo ERP functionalities.- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).- Develop custom modules and features in Python and XML as needed.- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ERP solutions.- Perform data migration, third-party integrations, and API development.- Prepare documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.- Execute functional testing and validation to ensure system integrity.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- 4+ years of ERP experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP (v13 and above preferred).- Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.- Solid understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and/or Manufacturing.- Experience with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions is a plus.- Familiarity with Linux, Git, and RESTful APIs.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have- Odoo certifications.- Experience in project management or agile methodologies.- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Prior experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Studio.
