  ✅Requirements:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   5+ years Odoo implementation experience
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 3 full-cycle Odoo implementations
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience leading ERP transformations &amp; cross-functional teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Expertise in Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Recruitment, Accounting, HR, Service Delivery
  </li>
  <li>
   Skilled in business process mapping (AS-IS &rarr; TO-BE)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience preparing FRDs &amp; coordinating custom module development
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong Python &amp; PostgreSQL knowledge to guide developers
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on data migration experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Project &amp; team leadership skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Change management &amp; training experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Post-go-live support &amp; optimization.
  </li>
