5+ years Odoo implementation experience

At least 3 full-cycle Odoo implementations

Experience leading ERP transformations & cross-functional teams

Expertise in Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Recruitment, Accounting, HR, Service Delivery

Skilled in business process mapping (AS-IS → TO-BE)

Experience preparing FRDs & coordinating custom module development

Strong Python & PostgreSQL knowledge to guide developers

Hands-on data migration experience

Project & team leadership skills
