About the Role

We’re looking for an Odoo ERP Consultant who thrives on solving real business challenges through technology. You’ll be leading and supporting the implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo ERP solutions for clients in the Real Estate, Retail, and eCommerce industries.

If you’re passionate about business process automation, understand industry workflows, and enjoy translating complex requirements into scalable Odoo solutions — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional Odoo configurations.
• Implement and configure core Odoo modules — Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, Website & eCommerce.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices specific to Real Estate, Retail, and eCommerce operations.
• Customize Odoo using Studio tools, workflows.
• Deliver end-user training, testing, and documentation to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Odoo Certification is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in Odoo implementation or ERP consulting.
• Strong functional understanding of Odoo modules, workflows, and reporting.
• Prior experience in Real Estate, Retail, or eCommerce ERP implementations is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
