We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant for a hybrid role to join our dynamic SAP delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM in SAP S/4HANA or RISE with SAP environments, along with a good understanding of cross-functional integrations across other SAP modules.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration of SAP CRM solutions to support Sales, Service, and Marketing operations. For this role, travel would be required as needed for project delivery and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end SAP CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Design, configure, and enhance CRM modules for Sales, Marketing, and Service Management.
- Ensure smooth integration with SAP ECC / S/4HANA modules such as SD, MM, FI, and CO.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
- Handle customization, workflow optimization, and interface enhancements as needed.
- Prepare detailed functional documentation and collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, etc.).
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and continuous improvement.
- Be open to traveling for client workshops, go-lives, and on-site support when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience, 3–5 successful end-to-end SAP CRM implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Experience working in SAP S/4HANA or RISE with SAP environments.
- Knowledge of CRM Web UI, Interaction Center, and Middleware integration.
- Understanding of cross-module integrations (SD, MM, FI/CO).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP CRM Certification — preferred and given priority.
- Experience with SAP C/4HANA (Customer Experience Suite) or SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other modern SAP UI tools.
- Prior experience in international or enterprise-level SAP projects.
