Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, the role involves providing technical expertise, executing implementations, and offering support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Responsibilities include offering consulting services, addressing client needs through technical support, and troubleshooting system issues. The consultant will also actively contribute to the management of relationships with clients, ensuring smooth adoption and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate system requirements and design effective solutions
• Consulting and Sales expertise to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve user issues effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus
