Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Level 1 Technician to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will provide first-line technical assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for both internal users and clients. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide system support, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via calls, chat, or email.
· Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues** in a timely manner.
· Provide remote or on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates.
· Assist with user account setup, password resets, and system access permissions.
· Log all support requests, incidents, and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
· Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
· Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
· Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply).
· Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple support tickets simultaneously with attention to detail.
· A proactive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
