We are a fast-growing international trading and engineering company with strong expertise in industrial procurement, specialty chemicals, and pharmaceutical products. To support our expansion, we are building a robust digital infrastructure using Odoo ERP and a B2B e-commerce platform. We are looking for a motivated professional who can take ownership of ERP development and digital commerce operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Odoo ERP & E-commerce Developer, already based in the UAE and available to start immediately. The candidate will take full responsibility for customizing and maintaining Odoo ERP/CRM modules while also developing and managing a B2B e-commerce shop. The role covers ERP workflows, backend development, and customer-facing e-commerce, ensuring that both internal operations and online sales channels run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Odoo ERP & CRM

• Customize and maintain core Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM).
• Design new modules, workflows, and QWeb reports.
• Manage data migration, module upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize database queries and system performance.

E-commerce / Website

• Set up and manage Odoo B2B e-commerce shop: product catalogs, customer portals, tiered pricing.
• Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, UAE-local providers) and shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex).
• Maintain product listings, images, specifications, and datasheets.
• Apply SEO optimizations and ensure responsive design.
• Automate customer workflows (quotes, order confirmations, invoicing, notifications).

System Administration & Support

• Deploy and maintain Odoo on Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) with PostgreSQL.
• Perform backups, SSL/security updates, and server monitoring.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (logistics APIs, CRM tools).
• Provide user support and documentation for ERP & e-commerce workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (minimum 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo website/e-commerce modules.
• Familiarity with Linux server administration (Ubuntu/Debian).
• Understanding of SEO, responsive web design, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Experience with Manufacturing (MRP), HR, or Project modules.
• Knowledge of Git/version control.
• Prior B2B e-commerce implementation experience.
