Odoo Business Development & Senior Developer

Royal Smart Limousine LLC, a leading luxury transportation company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Odoo Business Development & Senior Developer to join our team. This unique role requires both technical expertise in Odoo development and business development/functional skills to support the company’s digital transformation and ERP growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Functional:
• Identify opportunities to enhance and expand Odoo usage within the organization and with external clients.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and map them to Odoo modules and workflows.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and demos of Odoo solutions for internal stakeholders and potential partners.
• Manage client/stakeholder relationships, contracts, and ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and end-users to improve adoption of Odoo.
• Stay updated with Odoo features, licensing, and partner programs to align with company strategy.
• Technical Development:
• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and features tailored to business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and internal applications.
• Optimize system performance, security, and usability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Odoo-related technical issues.
• Document development processes, customizations, and configurations.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and version control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience with Odoo (both development and functional/business roles).
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and Odoo framework.
• In-depth understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, and PostgreSQL database.
• Proven experience in custom module development, API integrations, and ERP workflows.
• Strong business acumen with experience in ERP sales/business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, bridging both technical and business functions.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
