Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our manpower/staffing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting manpower outsourcing, contract staffing, and recruitment services across the UAE/GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital outreach.
• Meet clients (construction companies, facility management, marine, oil & gas, hospitality, etc.) to understand manpower needs.
• Pitch and present manpower supply and recruitment solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and convert them to clients.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on business development activities.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within the manpower/staffing industry in UAE/GCC.
• Strong network of contacts in industries like construction, FM, logistics, marine, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred or mandatory).
• Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and handle client accounts.
