Business Development Executive - Freight Forwarding

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Utilize your market knowledge and sales expertise to meet and exceed assigned targets.

Actively prospect and generate leads, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Efficiently manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals within appropriate timeframes.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively present our products and services to prospective clients.

Employ negotiation techniques to secure favourable terms and agreements.

Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and industry trends, ensuring a competitive edge.

Thrive in a high-pressure environment, comfortably handling the challenges of onboarding new business.

Continuously update your knowledge of our offerings and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts.

Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.

Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects through building a strong opportunity pipeline to ensure that revenue targets are met.

Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.

Requirements:

Should be a Graduate

Minimum 3 years sales experience in Express Industry / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.

Excellent Selling Skills in a complex sale environment.

Demonstrates exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

Should have Driving License with own car
