About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled ERP Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing and improving ERP system to streamline business processes, enhance reporting, and drive productivity across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain ERP systems

* Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions

* Handle data migration, integration, and user training

* Develop custom reports and dashboards as required

* Ensure ERP systems remain up-to-date and secure

* Continuously improve ERP workflows for efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

* Proven experience working with ERP or similar source like Odoo platforms

* Strong understanding of business processes (finance-stock market)

* Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments

* Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
