SAP SD Consultant (Sales Order, Billing & Shipping)

We are hiring an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong functional knowledge in Sales Order Processing, Billing, and Shipping to join our global SAP support team.
This is a remote, freelance opportunity with a US-based organization, ideal for professionals who can efficiently manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide reliable SAP SD support during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve SAP SD tickets related to Sales Orders, Billing, and Shipping processes within SLAs.
• Configure and support SD functionalities including order management, pricing, delivery processing, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, BASIS) for integration and process continuity.
• Troubleshoot issues related to delivery creation, shipment tracking, billing documents, and pricing procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide permanent resolutions.
• Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, process updates, and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD with expertise in Sales Order Management, Billing, and Shipping.
• Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven experience in ticket-based support and production issue handling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts (9:00 PM – 9:00 AM IST).
