Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with strong expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to lead end-to-end application design, development, and configuration. The Application Lead will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. This role requires deep domain knowledge, technical leadership, and the ability to guide and mentor teams for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Lead, guide, and manage the application development team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Oversee and own decision-making processes within the team, ensuring accountability.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and play a key role in critical business and technical decisions.
• Provide solutions to complex business and technical challenges, both within the immediate team and across functions.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities and expertise.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Ensure solutions are designed and delivered with a focus on scalability, quality, and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Deep understanding of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in application lifecycle management and project management methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to SAP integration tools.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
