Odoo ERP Functional Consultant Intern

We are looking for a motivated Odoo ERP Functional Consultant Intern who is eager to learn ERP implementation and business process optimization. The intern will assist our consultants in analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and supporting ERP implementation projects.

This internship is ideal for candidates interested in ERP consulting, business analysis, and enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients.

* Support in Odoo ERP module configuration (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.).

* Help prepare functional documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides.

* Participate in ERP implementation and testing activities.

* Assist in data migration and system setup.

* Provide basic user training and support during ERP deployment.

* Work closely with the technical team and project managers to ensure smooth implementation.

* Support in system testing, UAT coordination, and issue tracking.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing degree in:

* Business Administration

* Information Systems

* Computer Science

* Accounting / Finance

* ERP or related fields

* Basic understanding of ERP systems or business processes.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and documentation skills.

* Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

* Familiarity with Odoo ERP platform.

* Basic knowledge of business workflows (Sales, HR, Accounting, Inventory).

* Understanding of software implementation lifecycle.

* Knowledge of Excel or data analysis tools.
